Potamitis Windmills & Apartments gives you the exceptional opportunity to actually live in a windmill, with amazing views of the turquoise Ionian Sea! Along with two windmills, Potamitis offers two rooms and an apartment, all traditionally decorated and furnished and always with a view of the sea.
The family-run Potamitis Windmills and Apartments offers two windmills, two rooms and an apartment, all of which feature air-conditioning, flat screen TVs, safe boxes, Wi-Fi, kettles, mini-refrigerators and hair dryers. Our accommodations are ideal for families, all couples and groups of friends! Next to the accommodations, the owners have a restaurant, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, and where all kinds of events (such as marriages, birthday parties etc) can be organized. The restaurant is open from May to October.
There is an exterior stairway (225 steps), which leads to the sea, with side spaces that feature free sunbeds in the summer.
Make sure to ask us about the boats (owned by our business) that make regular trips to the famous Shipwreck Cove and to the beautiful Blue Caves!
This is a first-floor apartment, which measures 63 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa-bed and a chair-bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with electric stoves, oven and cooking utensils. The balcony offers a relaxing view of the sea!

These are two ground-floor rooms, measuring 29 square meters each. Each room offers one double bed, accommodates up to 2 persons and feature a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea, respectively.

This single bedroom windmill can accommodate up to three guests and has two floors, measuring 28 square meters each. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, and the ground level features a living room with a kitchenette (electric stoves and cooking utensils are included) and a sofa-bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The windmill’s balcony is an excellent place for relaxation, as it offers a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea.
